You probably won’t get much credit for these links as they are not the most natural appearing links in the world but that doesn’t mean that they won’t help you at all.

Pingbacks are not reciprocal links. It is just some other blog linking back to your site but usually with a lot of your own duplicate content. That is why I ignore them. You don’t need to worry about them.
