   John, Im glad you liked it. No, I didnt use flippa in fact I hardly if ever buy from flippa. I actually used my own prospecting method I created. Worked like a charm.

   Hey Adam,

   Great video. It’s awesome to think in terms of conversion rate optimization versus search engine optimization when flipping sites. I often just go to my analytics tools to check out the value of a site, maybe flip through the content, see how its getting indexed on google, maybe some rankings.

   I was wondering what you thought about ConversionRateExperts? I subscribed to their blog to look at some of their case studies and was pretty impressed.

    Awesome. Congrats. I checked out the site you were talking about. Just curious: How do the creators of that site go about making so much content for the site? There is a TON of unique content on the site. I’m thinking about setting up some niche sites in a few different markets, but if I have to create that much content for each site, it will take forever. Any tips on the best strategies to get that type of unique content?
